Nedap management was vexed by the quantity of rules that there are to manage a company. Rules are needed but, at the same time, they also stop people from making their own choices.
What would actually happen if all rules were scrapped?
Regulations are denounced at many levels in the annual report. This ensures a wide social discussion about large and small issues such as, for example, the preference to commit suicide but also to eat as many sweets as you please.
